Return & exchange

This return and exchange is only applicable for purchases made through LIZDANIA website only.

We will not be responsible for items that are purchased through any other platform.

  • Complaints must be lodged within 7 working days starting on the day the customer has received the order. Complaints made after the lapse of this period will not be entertained. Please allow us within 48 hours to respond to your complaints.
  • Return and exchange are only applicable for items that are defective or damaged from our side or mistakenly delivered. Please fill in our Return & Exchange Form and allow us within 48 hours to process your appeal.
  • Return item must be in good condition, unworn, unwashed and in an unaltered condition with all tags attached (please refer to the condition below). The new item will be processed within 7-14 working days to deliver back to the customer. The returned products will be received by our warehouse within 7 days and will go through our Quality Check Department for examination and faulty confirmation.

Unworn, with tag and unwashed:

  • Defected goods must be returned within 7 days after receiving.
  • No cash refund
  • Exchange with new stock or any design, with the same value, is subject to stock availability and faulty confirmation from the Quality Check Department.

Unworn, without tag and washed:

  • Goods that are detected to experience color faded or fabric shrinking only after being washed must be returned within 7 days after receiving. Any other forms of defects after being washed will not be entertained.
  • No cash refund.
  • Exchange with new stock or any design, with the same value, is subject to stock availability and faulty confirmation from the Quality Check Department.

Others:

  • We do not honour walk in returns.
  • We will not attend any exchange for a different color, size and design or any wrong purchases. Examples: “I change my mind”, “I don’t like this design”, “The size doesn’t fit me”, “I’ve bought or clicked on the wrong product / variant”, “I want to change to another color”.
  • All return or exchange item(s) postage fees will be refunded through store credit only.
  • We do not provide refunds. Request for refund will only be entertained under the circumstances for cases of out-of-stock or defects that have no replacements or beyond repair.
  • In the event the product return is not faulty we may at our discretion not replace you for the product and/or may require you to pay all reasonable carriage and service costs at our standard current fees. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses as a result.
